Wedding Ceremony Booking Q & A's
Do we need to advance book you?
I can often book you with in the week -
Just remember, weekends are the most popular...
Most bride's-to-be want to do a bit of planning for their ceremony,
BUT sometimes, especially in a Navy town, where plans change unexpectedly,
there may be a need to "just get married and have the big ceremony later".
I'll do my best to work with you on a quick date.
Just be sure you have your license and your witnesses all ready to go!
Where do you perform ceremonies?
In most cases, I am happy to come to you!
There is a travel fee for ceremonies held outside of Port Orchard.
What if we don't have a place for our ceremony?
In Spring and Summer the outdoor spaces abound!
Visit my venues page to get some ideas for holding your ceremony.
There are so many scenic places in Port Orchard and Kitsap County.
Do we need to sign a contract for your services?
For simple ceremonies, a.k.a. elopements, no contract is required,
and payment is due at the license signing with your witnesses.
What services do you provide in preparing for our ceremony?
During our initial phone conversation
we will set a date, time and place,
and discuss your vows and ceremony.
What about last-minute changes?
Changes to vows or ceremony details will always be accommodated.
Last minute date or time changes will be accommodated when possible.
What about a rehearsal?
For informal, simple ceremonies a.k.a. elopements, a rehearsal isn't needed.
If you require a rehearsal, you're probably not having a simple ceremony.
In that case, there would be a Rehearsal Fee of $25 plus travel.
I have more questions!
